The Absolute Worst!. The "colorist" Amy must be blind. She did a horrible job on my hair and nearly fried it right off! She was so busy gabbing with her friends that she left the color on too long. My hair was damaged and a horrid "copper" color she seemed dead set on giving my hair. She was flippant and nasty when I questioned her about having a problem with my color and the damage to my hair. I will NEVER return to this salon!

Horrible Hair Coloring and Attitude!!!. Asked for light brown coloring with blond highlights. Ended up with nearly black hair and platinum highlights. Refused to make any attempt to correct color free of charge. Stylist was rude and abusive when I told her I would not return to this shop. Horrible experience!

SINCE OUR POLICIES IS TO DO ANYTHING A CLIENT WANTS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I WISH IT WAS BROGHT TO MY ATTENTION IT WOULD OF BEEN CORRECTED. MARIO
