POOR SERVICE. LOVE THE PIZZA THE SERVICE IS POOR WHEN I CALLED FOR DELIVERY (1/5) I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER TO A BACK DOOR,HUNG UP X3 I TALKED THE MNGR WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL AND ALSO HUNG UP SAYING THE PHONE WENT DEAD-IS THIS HOW TO RUN A PIZZERIA?THERE ARE MANY PIZZERIAS AND I DECIDED TO ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Best Pizza in 2009. 2236 matteo slams Nunzio's and loves Fabio's he tells you that Nunzio's sucks and Fabio's rules, that must be Fabio(the romanian) hisself, I mean how can a person like that, work for Nunzio, all the years he did, then steal, well, I don't know for sure, but I do know that if someone writes a review about one place, calling it the worst, then writes another review about it's main competition saying it's the best, there is something wrong here, I'm so sorry to the person who did'nt like the customer service, I know Nunzio has worked very hard to break that cycle, but for someone to slam Nunzio like that, then kiss fabio's backside, ahs to be getting something in return, the only thing i get out of this is the satisfaction of knowing I responded, and at least I don't have to hide my name, cause I got nothing to hide.

worst pizza. The pizza is disgusting, and when i got it, it wass cold i had to throw it away. and by the wayy too expensive!!! dont like it!!

Rude Customer Service!!!!!!!!!. The food is good, but I take exception with the best. However, this was one of the only pizza places around me that I could order from. Here was the problem...I called with my credit card to place the order. They called back when I was away from my phone, left a very rude message and made the assumption that my card ....i.e. funds were not good. I called back and they had taken down the wrong expiration date. After finding that out the customer service person was going to put me on hold AGAIN....I told her to just cancel the order, she said ok and promptly hung up. VERY rude customer service....so, I will never order from them again.

Best pizza in Cleveland. This is by far the best pizza in Cleveland. Perfectly seasoned. They deliver late into the nigth which is fantastic! You won't be disappointed in this pizza! I only wish they opened earlier in the day.

Best Take-out Italian Meal Ever. We ordered pizza's and a pasta meal. Pizza's were (still are) delicious: fantastic balance of sauce and cheese. Not to mention a beautifully baked crust that's even better day 3!!! The meat sauce was rich and hearty alongside the perfectly cooked spaghetti noodles. It tasted like sauce I've only ever had at my Nana's. The dinner roll served with the meal was the freshest and best dinner roll I've ever eaten. I could have feasted on the rolls and butter alone, *molto bene*!

Nunzio's is privately owned and it SHOWS! There are two locations in Cleveland: try one out today.

Waaay better than 8.5. This pizza deserves a 9.5 or better. Seriously good pizza. Also, they deliver in the wee, wee hours in the morning. How awesome is that.
