Great home style cookin'. Not since the discovery of Hartville Kitchen over thirty years ago do we drive extended distances for great home style cooking and quality, but Sterle's is another extremely rare example. My favorite is the heavenly roast pork dinner, starting out with the piping hot chicken noodle soup that just makes your mouth water with joy. My friend Ed always feels like it's a trip to heaven devouring the wienerschnitzel and sauerkraut (and he can be a toughie to please, believe me), and Terry (who's usually a burger and fries freak) simply goes absolutely bonkers craving the omelettes and cheesecake. And the strudel....there may be none left after this group leaves. We always try to make it a point to dine later as we enjoy the Slovenian music that helps to promote our proud ethnic heritage. Thank goodness there's a superb alternative in the downtown Cleveland area.

King of Comfort Food. The excellent food is all made from scratch. Who else in Cleveland can make that claim? This is not artsy food here; it is the food that your great grandparents made everyday. Forget about going anywhere else.
