Good solid workmanship. I work for a general contracting company and I used Color Brite for a couple jobs.

They custom order thier awnings directly from the manufacturer. This results in a better looking product and an exact fit everytime. The only downside is you have to wait 10-14 days for the manufacturer to ship the custom-made awnings. However the quality of the installation is very good, possibly the best and the finished product looks amazing!

I am very happy with thier customer service and how they always returned my calls within 24 hours and had knowledgable answers to my questions.

When hiring this company you have to understand that they work outside and thier schedule is dependent on the weather and rain days, so they may not be able to give you a time frame for your work to be completed.

I think that is one thing the 1-star reviewer could not understand and contributed to thier 'falling off the wagon'

complaint response from valuedcust by company. Color Brite Awning Company does high quality work at affordable prices and has thousands of satisfied customers over the 29 years of being in business. This customer lacks both the integrity and the intelligence to realize that sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to do high quality work. Color Brite Awning Company bent over backwards for this customer as we would do for any of our customers, unfortunately it still wasn't enough for them. After all avenues of trying to please them were exuasted it became clear to Color Brite Awning Company that this is one of those customers that just can't be pleased no matter how hard you try and actually gets enjoyment out of making it as difficult as possible for any company doing work for them as is evident from their slanderous review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!. This company has the worst customer service skills. They make you feel extremely unimportant and have nothing but excuses. They will give you the run around after you agree to work with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not return phone calls when you call them. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
