Co op Cafe. The Cafe has tasty healthy food,made there .There are @ least 2 soup selections daily, with choice of corn or 7 grain bread.Customers buy alot ot egg salad or tuna wraps served with homemade apple sauce with a twist or fresh fruit salad. The sound of the smoothie maker is a constant backdrop along with the ticking of the windup toys customers play with while waiting.Vegetable sides are a favorite they could be swiss chard,mashed yams, roasted garlic mashed potatoes,curried cabbage,collards... There are a wide array of daily specials. Three sides for $5.50 is a popular choice. For the summer, Dan's gazpacho & cold carrot orange soup are highly praised.
