Push those products.... The shoegal review is right on the money. From the moment you sit down, they are pushing haircare products on you. This is hardsell. One stylist pushed the conditioner to the point where when I refused to buy it, she tried to comb out my hair without conditioner on it---thinking the tugging would make me relent! She finally had to use the regular salon conditioner, because she couldn't quickly comb out my hair! Also beware, the prices mysteriously change when you hit the cashier.

Through with La Barberia-Poor Customer Service. I found the staff to be very unprofessional and pushy about buying products. One night they were all so involved with each other making fun of a man after he left. Then the stylist put a hair product on the counter and told the cashier I was going to take it before I had even agreed to buy it.

I scheduled a treatment and when it started I realized it was not the correct one.The appointment was written as a combination of the treatment I wanted and one I did not. The girl said it was no problem and could switch and I would only be charged for one however the cashier charged me for both and when I asked her about it she acted like I was being a complete jerk for not wanting to pay full price for a treatment I did not schedule, want, or completely finish.

The Best Ever!!!! Exceeded my Expectations!. Oh my Gosh, these people are amazing!!!! I received a gift certificate from a cute guy marketing in my office and took a chance. Wow! I got an introduction package of a haircut, facial, hi-lite, massage and manincure for only $65, and it was so incredible. When I got there the atmosphere was so alive, the people so beautiful and they made me feel better than family! I was stressed from my day and within minutes I was enojying a glass on wine, had 2 people working on me while getting my hair cut and hand massage and manicure at the same time!!!!! Each time I've been back it gets better. Everyone LOVES my hair color. Thank you La Barberia!

Excellent Service, Great Price. I've seen previous reviews and it just seems like disgruntled people. I have been going to La Barberia for several years now and have been to all of their locations. Services have been outstanding, the employees and people that go there are great, and the prices are definitely better than most around town. My haircuts are always great and I have had more than one person cut my hair. I also enjoy massages, manicures, pedicures, and recently starting getting facials. I cannot say enough good things about La Barberia. I have always been treated great and look forward to my visits.

Truly Unique. Love the people, conversation, atmosphere, and especially the service. Haircut was excellent and you definitely get more bang for your buck. I felt very catered to. I'm starting to try other services and will be a regular.
