Segelin's was recommended to me so I ordered online an arrangement to be sent to my mother for her 75th birthday. I never received an e-mail confirmation of the order, which most businesses do. I had to call to confirm that they received it. They had. But they did NOT deliver the flowers on my mom's birthday, nor did they call or e-mail to let me know that. They finally got around to delivering the next day -- and I'm still waiting for an explanation about the delay. I did get a bunch of "I'm sorrys" later, but no offer for compensation for the inconvenience. It's the first and last time I'll use them.
