The absolute WORST place in LAKEWOOD to live!!!!

I have unfortunately lived in the Mayfair building for a couple years. Management changes almost daily so it's impossible to get to know your landlord. The elevators NEVER work. There are 6 sets of washers and dryers for a seven story building. IF you actually get to wash or dry your clothes you have to play Russian roulette to figure out which ones actually work. They are currently attempting to "fix" the parking lot... although it should be the LEAST of their worries. The front awning leaks when it rains and everything else in the building is falling apart. We currently pay 645 a month for a small 2 bedroom and our lease is up in November we're definitely moving out!!! We can't wait to get something worth our money. This is definitely a slum!
