Worst Cuts! Avoid if you want to keep your ears in tact.. The Best Cuts at Kamm's plaza was the only place open past 6pm in the area. I've had bad experiences with this one and others in the past, I was very nervous to take my 2 1/2 year old son there for his hair cut, but he had pictures the next day and I wanted a nice professional cut. First, they aren't very good with kids. I said I wanted a traditional boys hair cut (exactly what I tell the usual barber he goes to) she nodded and said she could do that. She used only scissors and made it very choppy and uneven. She used trimmer to cut around the ear, which wasn't straight and she nicked my sons ear, making it bleed. Then she yelled at me saying that I need to be doing my job and hold his head. I held down his ears also from there on out, so she wouldn't get them again. I asked her to use trimmers because it was very uneven, not blended well at all and it looks bad. She got very huffy and explained to me that she was a hairstylist and not a barber. I said, ok, then I will go to a barber to have them fix it. I came to get his hair cut for his pictures and I could do a better job myself. She said she could use clippers and she would try a 3 and that next time, if I ever do come back there, just tell them to use a three and it will be a lot easier on all of us. I think she knows I will never be going back there nor to any Best Cuts EVER again. They should not be allowed to cut kids hair, plus they still charged me for it! If only they gave negative stars for this review...
