Third Federal Bank will sell your mortgage and not inform you, as they are still servicing it!!!.
I came to know that my mortgage was sold after I called up to enquire about the 'Loan Modification Program' .
This program is not advertised and the mortgage specialists are not forthcoming/transparent about the eligibility criteria.
For me they said that I was not eligible for the loan modification program, because my mortgage was sold. On asking them as to why I was not informed, they said that as they are still servicing it and are not obligated to inform you.
On asking them to whom the mortgage was sold to, the Mortgage specialist said she cannot disclose that information.........
something smells.....
