The next time I'm in Cleveland I'm going BACK THERE!. This was an AWESOME day spa experience!!! We were in town for my sister-in-law's wedding, we had no previous experience with the salon, but they were 1) professional - 2) very, very friendly! The owner is a doll! She took care of our entire crew, and her TEAM is wonderful. Ask for Henri on the most amazing and creative hair styles! Put yourself in his capable hands and you will not be disappointed!!! Victoria worked wonders with my stressed out skin! I felt relaxed and did not feel like I was wearing "warpaint" - she took her time, and did not make me feel rushed at all. My mom-in-law who is currently undergoing Chemo was transformed under her brushes and wands! And, lastly thank you to Charlene! You should be paid for therapy!!! - Our family will be back again!!!

BEST MASSAGE EVER!!!!. Best massage ever. I travel a lot and have had massages in many cities & the one I got at Marengo was the best ever. I have chronic pain in my back which can be aggrivated by long fights and car rides. The massage therapist worked out all of my aches & pains and I left feeling liked a new woman. The staff was very professional & courteous. I travel to Cleveland frequently for business and I will be back here for a massage each time.

Worst massage. The place is terrible, the staff is not professional she talked the whole time I was getting my massage. The staff at the front desk is rude. Never go to this place

Best spa services anywhere!. I visit spas all over and this is my favorite. I've been three times now - once with my sister for a girls day, once with my husband for a couples massage and once for a day just for me. Every time it's been wonderful and relaxing. I recommend their packages for a great value. The deep cleansing facials are great and so are the pedicures. My husband loved the couples massage in their couples room. Can't wait to plan my next spa day!

Wonderful Wedding Day Spa Experience. I believe Marengo Spa is the best Luxury Spa in Cleveland, Ohio. I had my wedding in Cleveland on May 24, 2008 at the Cleveland Marriott downtown at Key Center. I live in Madison and was planning this wedding from afar. Monique, the owner was a gem to work with. She is incredibly responsive via email. She helped me find a cater to have food ready both Friday before the rehearsal dinner as we got our nails done and on Saturday before the wedding as my 7 bridesmaids and mother got our hair and make-up done. We relaxed in the spa reception lobby where there is a beautiful fireplace. I know this was a critical reason why I was so calm the morning of my wedding. Henry did my hair and he is a genius. I was so happy with my hair. We did a trial months before and the final half up-do was perfection. My hair never moved the entire day until evening. I couldn't of been happier. Victoria did my make-up. I am not a girl who wears a lot of make-up and my husband wanted to recognize me when I walked down the aisle. She made me look natural yet sophisticated and it lasted the entire day. I am so happy with Marengo. The staff felt like family and made me so comfortable that entire day. Thank you for making my wedding so much more special.

GREAT SPA EXPERIENCE. We came to this spa from out of town for a "girls weekend" get away and had the best spa experience ever. Our group has traveled far distances to visit other spas and this is the first time we have all had an amazing time with each and every service. I would recomend this spa to anyone and everyone!

Don't WASTE your Money .... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! ALL I CAN SAY! RUDE PEOPLE. NOT WORTH IT! You can go to many other places and get better service for less money.

Avoid this spa. Went for a couples massage and very unhappy. Took us 30 mins late, no one greeted us, we just sat on a couch. No refreshments offered. One small changing room for males and females so only one person can get ready at a time. The massage therapists talked to each other during our massages, so it was not very relaxing. When I called to complain, Monique had no follow through and no apology was offered. Not recommended

Wonderful Place!. What a wonderful atmosphere, professional and educated staff and wide variety of products and services! Monique has creatied a top notch estabilishment and has left no stone unturned. Henri is a truly talented artistic director, and has a passion for making others feel better and delivering a quality experience!
