Hampton Inn Downtown Cleveland. This hotel is not even close to being a dump! We stayed here last weekend and we were not surprised by how great this hotel is!! They had construction on the bottom floor, but we never heard a thing. The doorman is awesome and helpful! I love this hotel, staff and location. Our room was beautiful! Very comfortable and clean. Love it!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!. I stayed in this DUMP of a hotel back in January and the service was TERRIBLE! The FRONT DESK personnel are the WORST.....I WITNESSED an ARGUMENT between 2 EMPLOYEES, I remember the one lady MICHELE who said she is the CONCIERGE argue with the kitchen lady. This woman was very UNPROFESSIONAL and she is NOT someone I would feel comfortable SERVICING me or my family. The other front desk person COREY....she didn't seem to know what she was doing.....she often seemed very CONFUSED and SLOW, she's NOT very knowledgeable at all. That NIGHT front desk person, CHARMAINE stayed on the computer and CELL PHONE and is always EATING, she is also very UNPROFESSIONAL. I also stayed here in 2009 and the front desk personnel was MUCH better than these people that have at the desk now. This place is under reconstruction and the NOISE is too much.....I will never stay in this DUMP again.....neither will I recommend it!
