I think that it is great how they will work with people with little, no or bad credit. What I think is really bad is their delivery department. They lie, they are unprofessional and do not come when they say they will. I waited a whole day for a delivery that was supposed to happen between 12 & 4. I called and was told the driver was behind schedule but it would be with in the hour. I was told that for 3 hours straight and then when it was thier closing time I still did not have my delivery. I think it is very unfair and unprofessional to think that people have all day or nothing better to do but sit and wait on a delivery. I know that they are used to working with some customers that do not work and have the liberty to sit and wait but I have a job and my husband has two and we don't just take time off willy-nilly to wait for things that should be delivered when stated. It would have been better to have been honest and state that they would have to wait until the next day or something like that then to keep dragging it out and then not show at all. I am very upset and will be looking into a way tomorrow to get my money back and go elsewhere. I am sure they would not be that patient if your payment was late. I am very disappointed!!!!!
