surprising. I was quite surprised walking in the door to

Vico (not just because it is revolving)! This clean little lunch and happy hour place had a great feel. Entre prices were reasonable and the wine list was envious (over 120 selections at the lowest I've seen in a restaurant in Clevelnad). The manager told me it was even open for dinner and special events. I really enjoyed the Sugo Bianco...and the owner, Scott, was right there with the perfect wine recommendation. I can't wait to go back...Thanks for suggesting this place David!
