Get the reuben already. Trust me. Stop reading this review and get the reuben already. As good if not better than anything from New York and it has so much meat on it you could easily take half off and make another sandwich. The space is small and they close not too long after lunch so order out and order early.

Best corned beef in the state. I grew up in Cleveland. I now live in Columbus. What they call a "deli" down here made me long for Slyman's. As someone else said, when the line is out the door everyday, it tells you Slyman's does something right. The sandwiches are truly overstuffed. They have very high quality meats and cheeses, and the price is right. I wish they'd let me open a franchise down here. There's simply no other deli like it. If you enjoy corned beef, do not pass up Slyman's. They will become your go to deli instantly.

Simply The best. hands down...the best corned beef sandwich in the northern ohio area...not for the lighthearted eaters....this sandwich packs a wallop!!

The true corned beef sandwich. You will NOT find a better corned beef sandwich anywhere! Flavorful, moist, lean - not "gristlely" meat; chewy not-too-thick rye! The corned beef piles at least 4 inches high and is sooo lean. Warning: don't wait more than a day to finish this baby - since there's no fat it will dry out after a day. But then, who could have leftovers! Lighter appetities might want to share - it's huge. My entire family LOVES this place including those in Cincinnati and Indianapolis who always stop there before hitting the highway.

Best corned beef, period.. When the line is out the door for takeout everyday, that tells you more than words could explain.
