Mike The Hatter On professionalism in costumer service. While i was shopping for gifts,around holiday time me and a family member, walked into Mike the hatter and the sale man there was very professional,knowledgeable and very well spoken he assist me in my purchase. answer all of my question about the hat and gave me a little history on Mike the hatter, and the wonderful hats they have on sale. That young man was also honest, when i went into my purse i dropped my wallet and did not know i did he came down the street to return it to me. That young man should teach a class on professionalism. He name was J Sanford. My father was so happy with his hat and have told all his friends Thank You again Mike the Hatter for your outstanding employee J Sanford

Wander a few blocks from Tower City and you'll find Mike the Hatter, a homey little place that sells ... hats. They sell lots of hats, from knit caps to killer Stetsons to Sam Jackson-issued Kangols to the ever-popular Milton Newsboy cap. In fact, they claim they've got 20,000 hats from which to choose, in prices ranging from $5 to $400. If they don't have what you want, it can easily be custom-made.

Why Take the Walk?
Sure, you could hit the downtown department store where everybody shops without leaving the Tower. But if you want a taste of the real city, Mike the Hatter is the way to go. This small, vital business has some serious character, and the friendly, "just folks" vibe of the staff is so genuine and refreshing, you might find yourself buying hat after hat just for the opportunity to hang out there.
