One of Cleveland's oldest restaurants and new favorite!. I was recently in Cleveland for business and stopped by Otto's for a drink before our show and I was pleasantly surprised. Although the wine selection was limited the bartender who also happened to be one of the owners found the 'perfect' wine for me. Although I didn't eat at otto's the ambiance was inviting and the service was excellent which is why I returned the following day.

They managed to impress me on day two as well. Not only did he remember my name but remembered my drink as well. We ordered food and ate the bar the food was excellent. The hummus and spinach cheese dip were superb ~ I will be returning to Otto's.
