Reward repeat customers.
I've parked monthly in this lot for a while now and overall these guys are great. They know you by name and take care of your car.
My only complaint has to do with event parking rules. I understand it's in the hub of Cleveland's only viable cause for a demand for parking (sports). But I often have to work late in my job and I am stuck SOL trying to figure out where my vehicle will go. I can't pay 20$ or even 10$ on top of my monthly fee so that I can stay and work late.
I got a 15$ ticket from them at 6:25. The guy said you got to be out by 6:30. So I showed him the time and he said the ticket's already written.
Why am I being punished for giving you thousands of dollars of my money?
I understand that rules is rules but there should be more of an accommodation for the late-nighters like me…
