Dr, John is very caring

Our dog had a chronic infection. Former Vet little to help her over 6-month span.
Dr, John was able to clear the condition in under a month. Follow-up care was included in the price of the treatment... and we knew what the cost would be up-front. There were no 'gotchas'. There was no sticker-shock.
Our dog and our wallet fared very well. And we're very happy to have her healthy and happy again.

truly care about animals--and owners

I have used a lot of vets in my life, in different states, countries, etc, and this is one of the best hospitals I have even taken my animals to. They are incredibly compassionate, yet frank, and are as easy-going as the situation upholds. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best Animal Hospital We've Visited

We have two dogs and have taken them to four different animal clinics (three in Chicago, one in Avon Lake) before moving to Rocky River and River Square Animal Hospital. River Square is a great animal clinic. Everyone on the staff is very friendly, and the doctors are exceptionally friendly. When our dog was diagnosed with canine epilepsy, Dr Reveley gave us his cell phone number to call in case the seizures worsened. When they did, he came up to meet us at the clinic on a Friday evening so that we could get started on the medication as soon as possible. We would definitely recommend both Dr Reveley and his associate, Dr Garr (who was not only very pleasant but also very professional, when we saw her) to any pet owner. Finally, it's probably worth mentioning that unlike many animal hospitals, River Square is very reasonably priced, and none of the staff try to "guilt" you into unnecessary procedures.

AVOID THE LADY VET

JUST MOVED AND LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO TAKE MY DOG WHO SUFFERS FROM TERRIBLE ALLERGIES. A CO-WORKER RECOMENDED RIVER SQUARE BUT FORGOT TO MENTION THE LADY VET. I WAS UNFORTUNATE TO GET HER, THE WHOLE TIME SHE TALKED TO ME ABOUT MY DOG SHE STARED AT THE FLOOR. NOT SOMEONE I WOULD GO BACK TO OR RECOMEND TO SOMEONE REALLY CRAZY IN LOVE WITH THIER PET.

Great vet!

Dr Reveley was fantastic with Molly. I am a very "involved" dog owner, and he was there to answer questions any time I needed them. He was great with my dog, I had her neutered/spayed (whatever, lol) there, they were a good group.
I highly recommend him.
