I was fortunate enough to have made an appointment to look at dresses at The Perfect Bride. The one who assisted me was amazing! So patient, so helpful, and such an amazing selection of dresses! They were also have a wide sources of knowledge regarding dress alterations and any changes, small or large that you'd like to make to a dress. I'd HIGHLY recommend anyone visiting this shop in their search for the perfect wedding dress or wedding alterations! I had a really good experience here! They were really attentive and helpful to me and was able to answer a lot of questions that I had. I will surely be coming back!

I am always a bit skeptical of online reviews because I have found that the most negative people are the ones who feel the need to take the time to vent their negativity. After seeing such negativity on this page, I felt the need to sound off about my terrific experience at The Perfect Bride. I am getting ready for my second wedding and hesitated to go in there, as my budget is modest, and I did not want a traditional type gown. But after shopping at other area salons where consultants pulled gowns for me and tried to tell me what I wanted, I was relieved to find that my consultant at The Perfect Bride, Renee, quietly listened to me and allowed me to explore the racks. As I began to get ideas, she then steered me toward similar styles. What I appreciated most about Renee was the fact that when I needed an honest opinion, she gave it to me and didn't try to give me an answer that would make the big sale. I brought my daughter in for her flower girl dress as well, and Renee was so very attentive to her, even allowing her some extra time to test the twirl of her dress and to examine herself aim every mirror possible. For my princess loving little girl, this experience was great, too. I appreciated Renee's ability to meet the needs of my daughter and to make her feel special, too. The Perfect Bride is aptly named. I know I will be perfect on my day, thanks to Renee and the entire team.

Always friendly service. Staff truly care that your wedding be an amazing event. Great selection. I would reccommend this store to anyone who wants an exceptional experience finding the perfect dress. I love my mother of the bride dress I found here. It fits perfectly and will always be my go to dress for special occasions.

I would give The Perfect Bride negative points, if possible. Attempting to shop here was easily the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The store stocks beautiful dresses from great designers, but you can find the same designers at many other stores in the area. Additionally, the store has a nice store front with pretty displays. However, none of this is worth dealing with the horrible customer service.

I have eight bridesmaids, with a high budget for all dresses, plus an additional budget for shoes and accessories. The Perfect Bride lost a sale of several thousands of dollars by being rude and inattentive, as well as offering absolutely no customer service.

I later called the store to explain why I was upset by the actions of the employees, and that I was canceling my next appointment. The manager said "oh sorry, have a nice day" and hung up. It's amazing to me that she did not sincerely apologize, or even try to make up for it!

All I can think is, business must be good! For the employees and managers of this store to act so careless and rude to prospective clients. So, I will spread the word to all of my friends and family members, to encourage them to avoid this store at all costs. Dear reader, they do not deserve your business. Shop somewhere else! Bella, Leonardo's, Dora's, Demetrio's, Matina....all are great options. Just do NOT shop at The Perfect Bride.
