After 20 years, NEVER again....Short
black hair was in my food, the manager was very rude and I was still charged full price for my meal!! Food use to be great but I can't even think of eating there ever again.

Rude Service and Lacking!.
WE HAVE DINED HERE FOR YEARS AND REFUSE TO GO BACK! FIRST OF ALL- THEY DONT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED ANY MORE, THE ENTIRE STAFF IS SO COLD, THE PRICES HAVE GONE UP, AND LAST TIME WE WERE THERE THE LEMON CHICKEN WAS 'BLOODY'. THEY WERE NOT VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT, AS WELL!
ALSO, MY WIFE ASKED ONE OF THE OWNERS HOW HIS HOILDAY WAS-HE SAID'JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DAY' AND WALKED AWAY! THE RESTROOMS ARE HORENDOUS. WE HAVE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS IN THE WEST BURBS FOR ASAIN FOOD: THE NEW VEINGS AT CROCKER, & ASAIN WOK IN WESTLAKE, PF CHANGS ON THE EAST SIDE!!!

Elegant Chinese Restaurant.
King Wah is a great restaurant - the service is impeccable, and the staff is very friendly without being overbearing. The food is always prepared how you like it. Unlike fast food Chinese, the chicken and beef used is always top quality and never gristly or rubbery. This is a nice sit-down atmosphere, and every guest I have ever taken there has been impressed. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service that you get. I have been going there for years and have never been let down. The war-su-gai is an excellent choice, as well as the lemon chicken and sweet and sour dishes - served with real sauce, not globs of thick syrup. Hooray for King Wah!

Editorial Review by Christy Buena.
Offering meat and seafood dishes as well as vegetarian entrees, the Chinese eatery offers patio dining and a full bar.

West Side favorite!.
King Wah's is one of the best Chinese restaurant on Cleveland's west side. I've been going there for years, and have always had good service and great food! The Lemon Chicken is too die for! Very tasty! Other dishes are great, too. The decor is beautiful! Servers are always friendly.
