The brow waxes are great! perfectly arched brows every time. The front desk is, however, not the best. They act put out by having to check you in or check you out. They are usually on the phone and I have to wait to check in or pay. I'm never greeted with a smile or a friendly hello. Also, usually when I call I am put on hold.

I have been going to Charles Scott Salon and Spa for the past 10 years. Every time I am there I am greeted promptly and I have received the very best service!!! Their salon and spa have been fabulous to me and all my friends that go there. The owner Chaz has always made a point to say "Hello!" and go out of his way to make sure my experience is awesome. He is truly a owner that cares about his clients!! Thanks Chaz for everything!!!
