The Scene
In House's pieces are funky, functional and to the point¿even their
billboards are works of art, showing simple metal chairs against a black background. The majority of the furniture captures a time when Nixon was president, "Laugh-In" reigned, and the martini was at an all-time high. Inside the two-leveled store, glassware and other artisan works draw more attention than the Herman Miller-inspired black leather chairs with steel arm rests, bright-colored throw rugs and universal computer tables. Inhouse provides delivery and will special order items.
Our House is a Very, Very, Very Fine House
It's the East Side's answer to Modern House, but more vast in size, exceptional storytelling in designing, and definitely more availability in sizes and styles. Not true vintage in its quest to offer that 1950's Swedish modern look, but rather reproductions of this past art¿fit for a trend-a-holic, but a trend-a-holic with a good salary. New furniture means absolutely no flaws and a more comfortable and functional feel.
