We ate at the Lemon Grass last Saturday night after an early movie at the Cedar Lee Theater and experienced the slowest service in our dining memory. A half hour to have our drink orders taken, an hour before our food came. We heard grumbling from the other tables too. The manager was mildly apologetic but dd nothing to compensate us for this miserable excuse for service. With all the good restaurant choices in the Cedar Lee area it's the last time we'll eat there!

I used to be a big fan of Lemongrass, however the last time I visited their restaurant the wait staff was unforgiveably rude and one waitress even rolled her eyes when I attempted to add soup to my meal. I will never frequent their establishment again. Definitely not my loss.

Lemongrass is one of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland. There's a lot to choose from, so I can keep going back and trying new things, and I do because everything I've tried is exceptional. The menu says 'no exceptions" but they've just about always accommodated me and they're willing to leave an ingredient out, if necessary. They can make almost any dish vegetarian/vegan. The service is fast, which is great if you want to catch a movie at the Cedar Lee.
