Great place to see National and local Indie Rock acts. One of the better places to catch the latest up and coming acts. You can see many bands here that will later make it to much larger venues. Great atmosphere, nice selection of beers, ticket prices remain very affordable. The history contained in this place alone is amazing. If you are looking to catch a great show, great sound, and a great vibe this is a must. The only downside of the Grog is the start times. I fully understand why they start shows so late as to keep folks at the bar drinking, but sometimes I just don't go to the weekday shows anymore knowing I will be out until 2:00am. So for someone that doesn't mind getting a few zzzz's before getting up for work the next day you might want to stick to the weekend shows. Other than that it is one of the best places to see a live show in Cleveland.
