Beware - Ghetto Store. Do yourself a favor and don't use this Home Depot. I spent over an hour looking for a hot service ignitor because the brain dead employees that work there couldn't find it. I resorted to using my blackberry to find the part and part number online for them to find in the store. Basically, I did their job while they were busy not helping anyone. I can't believe this store location is still in business. What a gross place to shop.

Offering necessities with a flair, this revitalized mall serves the Heights and beyond.. The Scene


Once upon a time, Severance Mall was a dinosaur trying desperately to compete in a new marketplace. These days it's a bustling town center, with a parking lot full of cars and its buildings filled with shoppers intent on home improvement, entertainment, and household supplies.



The Goods


Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Border's bookstore, Office Max, Marshall's and the 14-screen Regal Theater are the biggest retailers at Severance Town Center. Flanking these giants are smaller beauty and electronic stores, menswear shops, and professional offices. Convenience seems to be the shopping center's watchword.
