I'm not one to write reviews and am typically shy, which is why ive used a false name! But I have really enjoyed my experience as of late. Ive been a long time client of Laura lee salon, because Lee is a very nice guy (the owner) and its overall a nice atmosphere. I do not want to talk down on anyone, because that's not the point here, because all the stylists I feel are exceptional. However, I came in on the fly one day and had to go to a new stylist, her name was Sarah. She was, amazing.. Not only did she spend 15 min or so longer than im usually given, instead of feeling somewhat rushed out of the chair (which is really really nice considering the prices you pay at a nice salon) But when given the extra time for consultation, I felt more comfortable expressing exactly what I wanted, and anything I wanted changed after the cut. Which was not only nice because I have felt great recently at the compliments Ive been given on my new cut! But, I sometimes get home from not only here, but other salons as well, feeling somewhat apprehensive about my hair, and wanting to call in to have something fixed.. Which I never would, I would be too nervous... lol. But with Sarah Ive never wanted to change anything, and that's all i really wanted to stress, was that I feel like im getting more for my money when I get a little more attention/time in the chair, and that im always happy when I get home!! please don't misinterpret me, I truly love all the girls and the service at the salon!! I don't mean to single out just Sarah there all amazing! =) But ladies, check out Laura Lee soon! you'll love the atmosphere, the friendliness, and there's a few pretty cool shops in the area too.

Sarah at Laura Lee is the Best Around

After the Salon I had been going to for twenty years closed down, I found myself -- a 30-year-old man -- without a hair stylist. Laura Lee was conveniently located for me, and a friend of a friend recommended it. I decided to give it a shot, called them up, and was randomly assigned Sarah for a haircut. It was the best thing I could have ever done.

Unlike my previous salon experience, Laura Lee provides much more than a haircut. From the fantastic scalp massage that Sarah provides with her firm yet slightly sensual touch, to the best styled haircut I've ever received, to Emily's inviting brown eyes and thorough hand massages, Laura Lee is an experience to look forward to, not another errand to get out of the way.

Being an Aveda Salon and with all the extra pampering, I was very worried that I was going to leave there with a $100 bill. On the contrary, they are very reasonably priced -- a tremendous value.

Even though my previous stylist is now working at a competing Salon, I continue to go to Laura Lee. I highly recommend Laura Lee Salon, and specifically Sarah.

Absolutely the Best Salon in Town!

I think people can be a little crazy when it comes to there hair. But each time I walk through the door to Lee's, I know that when I leave I'm going to feel like a million bucks. The music, the conversation, the added facial, the occasional glass of wine...this expert service can't be topped. And Heidi...is the best. I trust Heidi. She truly knows her craft. I can't say enough about Laura Lee's and the people who work there. I always look forward to my next appointment because now, Heidi and I are friends. How many people can say that about the person who cuts their hair?

Love Love Love Laura Lee!

I have been going to Laura Lee for at least 6 years, maybe more. Sonja is wonderful and I always look forward to going there, giggling with her, and walking out feeling and looking beautiful. I have been an Aveda Fan for a long time and will use nothing but their color on my hair. Sonja always takes the time to make me feel special and I know that my hair is getting some great treatment.

The salon itself is clean, cozy, and all of the staff are very friendly. There is a reason that I have never gone anywhere else since discovering Laura Lee. Alot of that has to do with Sonja, but the salon is certainly my favorite in town!

Like Going to a Friends House

I've been going to Lara Lee Salon for more years than I care to admit and yes a few times I've gone to other salons but I always come back to Lara Lee. Its like going to see a friend who knows how to "do" great hair. The entire staff is genuinely friendly and sincere in their desire to please their customer. The salon is always filled with fun interesting people . I constantly get compliments on my hair even when I'm due for a cut and color. Lara,Lee,Sonya,and Heidi are especially wonderful. I simply can not say enough wonderful things about this salon.
