I love this place! They are nice, quick and they give you honest appraisals. I know because my brother is a mechanic and their assessment always matches what he tells me. Highly recommended.

I drive 60 miles to use this business

I have used the services of this business for many years. They have been consistently reputable in all matters and charge a fair price for their work. I completely trust them which I rarely or never do with auto repair businesses. They consistently save me money with their recommendations. I have used dealer's and other private shops from time to time and I have been disappointed on those occasions when I compare the work to Alternative Solutions. I drive over 60 miles one way to use their services on my 3 Toyotas and I buy Toyotas because that's one of the makes they work on. If you are extremely picky or have unreasonable expectations they may not be for you but everyone else should find this business a breath of fresh air in auto repair. I am almost 60 and have extensive experience on the receiving end of poor auto repair service. Alternative Solutions has put an end to that.

Great Service

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Alternative Solutions for over a decade. They provide absolutely the best automotive repair service I've ever experienced, and I'm old enough to have been around that block many many times. Tom Weeks really looks out for his customers and goes out of his way to save us money where possible. Having dealt with him many dozens of times, I can aver that the experience of clevelanddesis is not representative.

These people are so honest! Because of them I would only drive Toyotas or Hondas because that's all they fix. Been going to them since the early 1990s and have never been taken advantage of. My mother, mother-in-law and wife agree: These guys do not take advantage of women customers.

Avoid; if you cannot, verify

This business charged me more than a $100 for labor for a repair issue that is estimated to take not more than 10 minutes. Tom Weeks informed that they charge whatever the book specifies they can charge irrespective of how much actual time it takes to complete a repair task. The other reviews of this business are exagerrated and have an emotional flavor. I suggest not taking anything they say or do at face value. Verify everything they and do.
