The apartment has some major, major problems, and only one plus: location. It is close to UH/Case/Cleveland Clinic. The many problems include: the apartment is filled with pests (insects), the management is very rude, the maintenance is poor and slow. It gets quite cold inside in the winter, and management will not turn up the heat. They rarely plow the snow outside. Overall, I don't think they really care about their tenants. I liked the previous management, but not the current one. I am looking foward to moving out.
Pros: location, price, safety
Cons: not clean, many pests (insects), rude management
