I lived here for a year and couldn't stand to get out. The office staff is like the grumpy lady in accounting who is always in a bad mood.

Apartment was fine for the $ but the office staff is unbearable.

I have decided to move locations for personal reasons, but I have decided to move to yet another Montlack Property just up the hill. I have been so pleased with the staff over the past year that I have decided to sign another lease. The maintenance staff responds immediately and is very pleasant and professional. Throughout the process of deciding on a new apartment, the staff at Montlack has come out to the complex on three separate occasions to show me the different units, and even let me re-look at some of them again. Everyone I have talked to has been incredibly kind, pleasant, and helpful, especially for a first time renter. Since I cannot make decisions on a whim, the staff has been more than helpful by answering each and every question that I have had, and even helping me with the aspects that I may have over looked. As a graduate student I still have a few more years in my program and I look forward to having Montlack as my realtors for the duration of my time here in Cleveland. The accommodations that they make for their tenants is remarkable. Note: Ask for Abby!! She has been so friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating throughout this entire process and I cannot thank her enough! Thanks Montlack!

They need to hire a new office staff! Their management staff is extremely rude and unhelpful! Stay away from Montlack Realty's apartments. They only care about getting their money and zero care given to customer satisfaction.

I really enjoyed my 7 year stay at Montlack's Clifton Cove Apartments in Lakewood, Ohio. The apartments are very nice with updated kitchens and baths, nice wood floors, new windows, & a roomy bedroom. The landscaping, plowing and maintenance were always done on time and they were very clean with no pest issues:-) These apartments are close to the lake, the Rocky Reserve park system, downtown, easy highway access and close to nice restaurants in Rocky River and Lakewood! A great place to call home.

These apartments are within 2 minutes walking distance of Shaker Square which has a grocery store, dry cleaners, fitness center, and bank within it. Also, there are many great and well-respected restaurants within the area. These apartments are also within a 5 minute drive to CWRU and 10 minute drive to downtown Cleveland.

These apartments are quite affordable and you will be happy you moved here!
