Sales are great

I went to the men's sale and was quite pleased with three dress shirts I got on sale. The Nordstrom brand is solid. The sales people in the men's department and shoes are friendly and accomodating. My female companion was up in the Lady's depratment trying on jeans. Unlike the sales people in men's the female sales people up there were a lot less friendly and two acted as if they were doing my friend a favor to wait on her. However, having said that, Nordstorm's probably has the best high end selection of any department store in the greater Cleveland area and they have a very well designed store. Nordstrom's also has an excellent credit card program and the people who do custom service for credit cards are exceptional. Macy's needs to learn from their example.

I love Nordstroms! The salespeople are amazing, the selection is unbeatable, and they really stand behind their products! I would highly recommend trying them out. Though they are a little bit more expensive than other places, it is well worth it!
