Excellent service, especiall Julie

I want to recognize Julie, who works in the Service Department.

This young woman went out of her way to resolve our recent vehicle problem, and consistently demonstrates patience, professionalism and above all an outstanding work ethic that seems to be missing in society today.

We have been long time customers of Crestmont Cadillac and purchased our STS from them largely because we are so very pleased with the Service Department.
