Bad customer service. Bought hair removal package. After my sessions they gave few free, because I still had a lot of hair left. After scheduling another one "free" I showed up for an appointment and they told me my sessions are over! Turns out they did not use proper laser settings. They always do mild setting, so the process can never end. SCAM!
BEWARE!! This place is dirty, unprofessional, and shady!!! The manager has no people skills. She is rude and the place needs managment so deperately. I know why they are always offering groupons, it is the only way they can get people. I wish I never ever steped foot in the door. This place is the pits.
Do not come here. I bought two hair removal packages, it went by so fast, when I have had this done before and there's no way it could be completed that quick. Also, when you go any hairs you do have, should burn, or fall out, that did not happen either. This is some form of a scam. And never should they ask for a tip!
DO NOT COME HERE.
I wish I could give it a negative rating. This has been the worst experience of my life. These people are crooks.....see the scam story above. The only good reviews are from their employees.......Michelle above, sweet but clueless and a crook. I spent almost $6000 with a guaranteed full refund. The owner, Mike is a real piece of work and an #^&%$#@#%.
Worst scheduling experience.
I bought a groupon to get laser hair removal at BHC. It seemed like a great deal. I called to schedule my first appointment, and couldn't get one until two weeks from the day I called. That's understandable, I figured it's a busy place. The day before my appointment was supposed to be, I was left a voicemail saying that they had to cancel my appointment because their machine needed maintenance and that I should call back and reschedule. I called back and was able to get an appointment for the following Saturday, which I wasn't too upset with. Then on Saturday, I got a call that morning, just hours before my appointment was scheduled. They said their machine needed maintenance and that they would have to reschedule. I explained to the receptionist that I was already rescheduled for the same reason. She said she was very sorry but there was nothing she could do. We rescheduled AGAIN to the following Wednesday, which she said would be ample time for their machine to get fixed. I was annoyed as to why they couldn't figure out how long it would take for the machine to get fixed in order to get me there on the right day. Well, I show up today, Wednesday, which was when my appointment was scheduled for, and they tell me "Oh, our machine is actually broken and getting maintenance. We had you scheduled for Friday. Who did you speak to?" at this point I was just so furious because I know that I wouldn't have scheduled myself for Friday because of work. I asked for a refund and got the hell out of there.
I am a really understanding person, and I've worked as a receptionist before, so I know how annoying these issues can be. But I don't think that I am wrong in being extremely frustrated in this situation. I know it's out of their control that their machine needed fixing, but can't they find out how long it will be out of service so that when people schedule appointments, the machine will actually be available? It's absolutely ridiculous. It's very irritating when you take time out of your day to be somewhere and it's completely wasted because of issues like this. I am not wasting any more of my time dealing with this place.

FIVE STAR STAFF, TREATMENTS, AND PRODUCTS. I lost my hair in patches from a reaction to a prescription drug. I heard a BHC ad on the radio and called their number. The woman was very calm, answered my questions and suggested I come in for a free consultation. My hair is growing in very well. My own doctors are surprised and interested in the process. I couldn't be happier with the company, their plan, the staff and my results. I encourage you to contact BHC if you are dealing with the deep sense of loss that accompanies hair loss. Great Results. I have been with Beachwood Hair Clinic for over 4 years now and I have seen great results. I firmly believe in their program and their products and if it wasn't for them I would probably be bald as of today. Although it is pretty expensive its up to you to decide what's more important. Your money or your hair. It is a small price to pay in my mind for keeping your hair longer than you would have if you had done nothing. I have done Rogaine and Propecia and BHC's soft laser has had the best long-term effects. Very nice people work there as well.
