I got my daughters bedroom set delivered today. She absolutely loves it! The Stanley quality was the best I have seen, and Fish gave us a great price! The delivery people were very professional, they even changed the crib I bought at Fish three years ago into the full size bed, just incredible service! I would highly recommend Fish and any of their professional staff!!!!

I bought a flexsteel recliner from Fish furniture seven years ago. I live in this thing, and unfortunately it broke during super bowl sunday :( Wife was happy, I wasn't... I called the team over at Fish and even though the warranty was up , they still sent out their service man Bob and he found a problem with the mechanism. He ordered the new part, came out and replaced it, then told me that I owed NOTHING! This kind of service needs to be raved about and I can't thank Fish enough. Definitely buying from again!!!

Terrific place. My husband and I have purchased bedroom sets, sofas, & desks from Fish. We have always been pleased. Our newest purchase, a Best sofa/loveseat arrived even earlier than anticipated. The comfort is terrific, the color and style are incredible. Dan assured us that this furniture was quality and would wear well with our family of 7. We really trust him and he has never let us down. We have purchased furniture from Fish for over 26 years. Never a regret.

Solid Product and Responsive to Customer. I recently purchased a FlexSteel couch/ottoman that turned out great. The piece was delivered on time (even early by 1 week) and his workers were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate buying from Fish again like I have in the past.

A very satisfied repeat customer.

The Worst. All this company cares about is making a sale. They NEVER follow through with warranty or follow up. It's always 'the manufactures problem'. Very poor service and just another business taking advantage of the people of NE Ohio - Dan Geller should be ashamed of his staff and ethics!

Peevish Lemons. Purchased two top-of-line (Durham and Cresent ) bedroom sets. The cherry wood Chateau Fontaine Collection set arrived with a horrible smell coming from the double dresser drawers. Owner said it was the smell of glue...months past have not been able to get uric acid smell out of the drawers. Second set, the Visual Index Moderne, after three months, the paint began to chip, peel, and change colors around the seams of my wrap king head and foot boards and my breakfront dresser...No bargain at 86 hundred cash with 6-8 week delivery time.
