Customer service is below par- prices outrageous

They act like the earth revolves around them. They will not honor competitors prices. Customer service attitude stinks- both locations, they give you the feeling you are bothering them. My second and last shopping experiences with them.

• Pros: good selection
• Cons: customer service is weak at best
