The Skinny
You've seen the building on Mayfield and maybe you've been a bit intimidated by it, for good reason: IMG, which claims to be Cleveland's largest diamond importers, is an East Side tradition. Any kind of diamond? Of course they have it. Any kind of setting? Ha, don't make them laugh. This is top-quality, hard-core stuff, with prices to match. What sets it apart from other high-end shops is the IMG attitide. "We try to make a customer for life," says owner Steve Greenberg. "We make sure you walk out of here feeling good."
The Scene
IMG has been in business for almost 50 years and each employee has at least 20 years in the gem game. There are no clock punchers, no part-timers, just professionals and this is reflected in the store's service, selection and price tag.
