not happy. I heard great things about this salon so I went but never again. Over the phone I had requested for a stylist who has experience with coloring BLACK hair. When I came out of the salon, I had black dye all around my forehead, neck and ears. I was disappointed to say the least.

RODEO DRIVE salon with down home friendly customer service & prices!!!!. I recently moved from Los Angeles (Hollywood).

Having my hair cut & styled by ALL of the top salon's & stylist's in LA, I needed to find a place in Cleveland.

John Robert's was the BEST salon I have ever been to!! Jennefer was my stylist. Ask for her! No attitude, friendly & knew how to style/cut my hair like any top Hollywood hair stylist.

Nora was the "special surprise". I did receive the expected, wash & conditioner treatment however she went a step further with a scalp massage, mini facial & while I was getting my hair styled by Jennefer, A HAND AND ARM MASSAGE!!!.

C'mon people (Dude's take note). You can't get better than this for under $50 (Including tip).

Don't walk....RUN to this oasis in our very own city.

Note to staff. THANK YOU FOR MAKING CLEVELAND LOOK GOOD!!! Looking forward to my next visit and later checking out some of the many spa services.

amazing salon!. the salon is just amazing! The girls that work there are so nice and down to earth, which can be hard to find in this area of town. I have always had great cuts/hilights there. Never tried the spa, but it looks amazing.
