Their service does not live up to their prices. The stylist I had been going to (I won't mention her name) was very immature and would carry on "high school type" conversations with other stylists about salon gossip. She could hardly hold the scissors in her hands and didn't seem to have the experience and training the salon brags about. I gave her about 5 or 6 chances and just could not deal with it any longer. There is obviously a large disconnect between management & staff. How do I know? If the managers were actually THERE and paying ATTENTION, half this stuff would not happen. The fluff chicks at the front counter would actually be doing their jobs (instead of thinking about their oranage tans) and customer service would be the PRIORITY.
Pros: The hand massage they claim you are to get while being styled (it is usually forgotten)

I went to John Roberts Protege salon on Chagrin Blvd. and received a massage and wax service from Missy Young. She is so personable and very compforting! She is thorough and detail oriented. I am very picky about my services and she exceeded my expectations on so many levels. She is a hard worker and someone that i strongly reccommend if you are looking for a great relaxing spa service. She does them all, waxing, facials and massages! Sincerely, Mrs. Novick (shaker hts.)
