Horrible Service. The salon is nice and clean, and that's about it. My hair cut was nothing like I explained, nothing like the stylist said she will do, and last but not least nothing like the picture she made me find in one of their magazines. When I wanted to inform the lady at the front desk that I am not happy with the service she was extremely rude. I told her this is not what I asked for and her reply was: "That's not what your stylist said." I guess I was hoping that just like any other place they would like to fix their mistake. Maybe they just do business different. Too bad I can't give them zero stars.

Always friendly. I have always loved my cut & color @ Michael Christoper salon. I have been in Texas now for 2yrs and still can't find someone to cut my hair the way Marianne has. She creates great style with her scissors and quickly! Whenever I come to Cleveland for a visit I make sure I make an appt. ahead of time for a cut and color.

The salon is always clean and up to date plus all of the stylists go to continuing ed regarding the latest trends in cut & color.

Love it!!!!!!!!!. I love this place! I?ve been going there for a while and feel very comfortable. The receptionists are great they know my schedule and who I like, if they have an opening they call and offer it to me. Love the girls there, they really take care of me!

Below average!. I have been to this salon a couple of times now because it is close to home. I have to say, for the prices they charge, the service is ordinary. Nobody is particularly rude or anything, but by the same token, none of the staff are particularly helpful or friendly either. I have changed hair stylists a couple of times and never had a great cut. I think it is time for me to move on and try somewhere else. My advice - look elsewhere before giving this place a chance.

My Pick. Hair cuts are a VERY personal and emotional event, so when choosing a salon, I am not suprised some people don't like Michael Christopher. HOWEVER, After living in the Cleveland area 10 yrs and trying several salons, I finally found my "home". Michael Christopher is clean, fast paced and has a young feel, though I've seen women and men of all ages there. They seem to be on top of the latest hair styles and trends.

Marianne Nicolli, the founder is who I chose my first time and I was exceptionally pleased. She is highly in demand and very busy, so sometimes after our initial greeting she seems preoccupied, but that doesn't bother me. I know I get an excellent cut every time. I have had several others in the salon do my hair and my 2 daughters hair as well and I think each person has been very good. Like a good pair of gloves, you just have to find the right personality fit. (My mom never cared for my choice in salons or stylists as an example)

I say try Michael Christopher and enjoy.

Excellent Hair Salon. I always go to this Salon, my stylist is Megan and she is great. I can always go and count on her services to be consistant and great. I can't say how every stylist is but I do give a thumbs up for Megan.

It was great. My husband and I were in town for the holidays and made very last minute appointments. We were very happy they could accomodate us & because it was my first cut there they gave me a complimentary eye brow wax. The cuts were great, the staff was nice, and the salon called me the following week (long distance) to 'check up' on my cut and my experience at the salon. We now try to fit them in whenever we are in the area.

Think twice before going. I had my haircut recently and the receptionists were pretty nice, however the stylist wasn't as friendly. The place is very clean and appealing, but that alone won't get me to go back. The haircut I received wasn't the best & I have to go somewhere else for them to fix it. It's unfortunate, because this place has potential.

Poor Atmosphere. I tried this salon 3 times. I never felt quite comfortable. Each time, I approached the receptionist to let her know I was there, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I never warmed up to the hairdresser, and nobody there seeemed particularly friendly. For a $45 haircut, I expect at least some courtesy. The haircut wasn't that great, either.
