unprofessional..dont waste money.. took my 5 pound, 15 year old shihtzu here to get groomed...they half groomed her and said they couldnt finish her because she fought too much. They left her whole head and ear undone...they wouldnt even take off this dirty long peice of hair that was hanging from her mouth.They still charged me full price and my dog looks ridiculous!! In all the years i have had this dog..not one other dog salon has not been able to finish her grooming. They are very unprofessional and had a bunch and screaming kids and babies in the back room with the dogs. I wouldnt take a dead dog here for grooming. They were not very nice either. Go to Critter corner pet shop( Broadview hts.) instead for grooming..they are great!!…
excellant grooming experience. I took my dog here and we had a great experience. The job is absolutley gorgeous! Well worth the money spent, I even tipped them! Me and my dog couldn't be happier. He smelled so good with a cute little bandana he looked the best he has ever looked. I highly recommend this place!…
