Wholesome caring company!. I have lived in a community Managed by Millennia Housing Management for 2 years now, over those 2 years, the management and staff have always been attentive to all my needs. When my toilet was overflowing and I could not get it to stop after hours, I called an emergency phone number and a maintanance man was at my door in a half an hour! The management staff have always been kind to me with a smile every time I see the manager! They treat me like a human being instead of just a renter like other places do! I am more than just a rent check! Thank you Millennia for making my home finally "Home Sweet Home!"

Wonderful Property Management Company. Millennia Housing always treated me wonderful. I lived with them for almost 10 years and never had one problem. I would recommend Millennia Housing to anyone in need of affordable housing. Keep up the good work.

Nice homes, but the management is horrible`. The manangement are real bitches...seriously. They take the rent payments out when they want to (i've had two months of rent taken out at once a couple of times), they never show up for inspections ar maintenece when scheduled, and because of a holiday my rent got to the office a day late once and they gave me an eviction notice!!! I've always paid my rent on time, kept my house neat, and have never been a probelm to my neighbors so that was not neccesary. Like I said the homes are nice but the management is TERRIBLE!!! It's good if youre're looking to stay no longer than a year, but not a place for long term living.
