Loved this store!. Dora's Bridal was a good place to go to. I recently went there looking for a prom dress. Although they didn't have the biggest selection, the service was amazing. They lady helped me pick out dresses, stayed with me while I tried them on, and even helped me clamp together the dresses that were too big on me. I found 2 dresses I liked a lot, but I decided I was going to keep looking. Although I didn't buy anything, the lady said she would hold the dresses for me for up to 2 weeks and even gave me a coupon for 20% off. All in all it was a great expirience.…
Ruined my dress shopping experience.
They were rude to me the first time I even stepped foot in this place. It's a magical experience for a bride to try and dresses and I got far from magical. As I was picking out dresses to try on, the
sales woman suggested a dress. I said No, I dont really like that one. Her response in a snide manner, Well how do you know what you like? You have not tried any dresses on yet. I said, I just dont like the material, it's too heavy. Had I not found my dream dress there, I would have gone elsewhere. I wish did for the bridesmaids dresses,
I made an appointment for my girls and we were treated like they were too busy to deal with us. Out of all of the sales woman there, one was friendly and tried helping. After we found "The dress" for my girls they all got measured too big. the one girl was told she was anywhere from a size 0-6. That's a big difference. Then in front of everyone, the seamstress said that the one girl was too big and might not even fit in the biggest size dress. My bridesmaid was mortified!
I tried my dress on for my girls and the one noticed rips in my dress, something that they should have caught before they let me try it on. They ordered me a new one but never called when it came in. They said they called me three times though.
Finally my girls dresses came in. EVERY single dress was too big. Even the girl who wouldn't fit in the dress. The one dress was frayed all the way down the zipper and the other's hook was not a hook but a sharp peice of metal. I called to complain and they said they can't do anything becuase the girls picked the sizes. I was in shock when they said this. They were measured and told that they should all get the bigger size. They showed no sympathy but rather I was in the wrong.
None of my bridesmaids or I will be getting our dresses altered through them. I refuse to give them any more of my time and money.…
