Barbecue Beyond Belief.
The size of the wings are worth the money and meaty. The taste is superb with or without the sauce. The seasoning is subtle yet direct. The taste is very consistent from establishment to establishment. I have also had the shoulder sandwiches and catfish. Equally as good. One of the secrets is quality control. Hot sauce changes the cooking oil on time so the food has never been overly greasy and has never tasted burnt.
The food is cooked to order and yet arrives to the customer in a timely fashion. If you are looking for aesthetics go somewhere else. If you want decent barbeque drop by Hot Sauce Williams. My favorite Hot Sauce Williams is the one on Buckeye. For some reason it tastes even better.
The also have a small assortment of cakes and Asiatic pies. The one on Carnegie has collard greens, mac and cheese too.
Make sure you tip the counter folk, O.K.?
