Issues with installation. First, I am only giving one star because of their customer service and if they ever actually return a phone call I will re-rate. Our carpet is 2 years old and had the installers out once since to repair where the carpet was coming up at a doorway. We have had creases since installation and they have not gone away. We have now contacted the store 3 times without any reply. The installation warranty is for the life of the floor so we are well within our rights to complain.

At this time I will not recommend Permanent Floors to as many people as I possibly can.

***UPDATE***

Finally had a sales rep come out and he stated he saw the issue immediately. They sent out 2 installers to stretch it but they arrived they too saw the problem immediately but could not fix it. They were to talk to the sales rep who would contact us today but he never did. I called and left a message so saga continues. Will update as to whether they stand behind their product and warranty or if they continue to provide horrible service.
