Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor..
In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.

recommend.
I have gone to outback at least once a month and though sometimes I think its a little over priced, I will continue to go back for the strip steak, I have never had a bad strip steak there and it beats all other steak house I have been to, once in a while I try a new one and I am ALWAYS disappointed. The blooming onion I recommend highly. Sometimes the service there isnt the best, but the steaks make up for it

know what 3 times on a grill does to a steak? yuck!
manager called me a few days later after i sent an email. offered to have me back but never offered me a new steak! I wont be back. My wifes chicken was good but we were at a bloody steak resturant!
