Great experience. I went to Bob Gillingham just to take a look at the new 2012 Focus. The salesman let me drive one and didn't force me to talk about payment or try to push me into a sale. He asked me alot of questions about my vehicle preferences, and only made suggestions as to what he felt would be the best options for me. I am a single woman, and I can tell you, the majority of my car dealership experiences have not been pleasant, except for this one. I have not decided to purchase yet, but if I do, I will be doing so at Bob Gillingham. Very polite and courteous. Honest about the types of vehicles and costs.

Best Ford Customer Service in Cleveland Ohio. I really liked all the knowledgeable sales people, and they are not too pushy about trying to sell you a car. They ask lots of questions about features you're looking for, ideal monthly payment, purpose for your vehicle. I was very impressed that Bob Gillingham and Rob Gillingham were both available on site for further questions and answers. This is the best service I received from any new or preowned Ford dealership in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Good Selection and No Pressure Sales. I'm on a tight budget, so when I visited Bob Gillingham Ford online, I was happy to see a great selection of cars under $10,000. I found a couple of Focuses that I really liked, and when I went to the actual dealership to see them in person, I was pleased that they didn't try to pressure me into a sale and were helpful in answering all my questions. I ended up finding a 2003 model that fit my budget, and I'm very happy with it.

Great Experience At This Dealership. The sales associates are very helpful and know everything there is to know about Ford trucks and cars. I asked a million questions and they seem to have great answers for all of them. They genuinely cared that I got the right car for me.
