Vlad is a great sales rep. Not only has he done great business with two of my sisters and boyfriend, but excellent business with me. I would highly recommend Vlad to my friends/family/co-workers.

On questions and concerns I had, Vlah helped answer all of them and what he wasn't sure of he found people with experience to get me the most accurate answers. I was very happy with my service.

Vlad was very professional and treated me very well as a valued customer right from the start at the first hand shake. Maintenance team and mechanics took good care of my car and made sure I was good to go. Everyone has at least said hi or greeted me kindly. I will recommend North East Auto and Vlad to anyone I find looking for a vehicle.
