Terrible Service and lack of follow up. The food was very good. It is a shame that the service and our situation was handled so poorly by the manager Bob. What started out as a good evening turned out to be a very frustrating experience. Once we received our check the waitress did not come back. We actually had to find someone so we could pay our bill. We had a coupon for $5 off. It appeared that the only person with authority to take the coupon off was the manager. The girl looked all over for him for almost 10 min. She got frustrated and handed our check back to the original waitress .She then proceeded to continue to look for the mangager and again couldn't find him for another 5-10 min. When he finally appeared HE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE OR SAY ONE WORD TO US. It was almost 50-55 min from the time we received our check until the time our bill got paid. I called a few days later to report the incident Bob told me to call Harry in the morning. I have called THREE times to speak to Harry. I was told he would return my call and he would receive the messsage. I have yet to get a call. So if you have a problem with the restaurant do not expect them to care.

Never had a bad time here!. If you love steaks, or prime rib, or even seafood, GO HERE.

I have actually seen a couple so-so reviews of this restaurant. And I wonder, were they obnoxious? On drugs? So drunk they couldn't walk?

I have always been treated with courtesy, just like I was visiting my best friend's house. The food is so good, I can't say ONE bad word about it, even if I try to think of something. The cinammon butter on fresh baked bread is to die for.

The servers are friendly, gracious and fast. The drinks are terrific, and you almost never need a reservation.

The prices are great, even my cheap-o ex-boyfriend still goes there. I take ANY out of town visitors there, as I know it will work out fine.

If you had a bad meal there, it was an abnormal thing. I have gone there approximately 100 times over 10 years , and never had a complaint.

It's my favorite restaurant in Cleveland by FAR.

If you are a smoker, you can go out on the patio in the summer months, and you will be happy too.

And no I don't work there, don't know anyone who works there, and I don't own the joint. (wish I did)

Go there, take the menu, and just point at it with your eyes closed. You will get a great meal and a great price.

I want to reserve their banquet room one day for my LAST wedding.

GREAT STEAK. WE HAD 20 PEOPLE THERE FOR MY GRANDMOTHER'S 93RD BIRTHDAY AND THE STAFF WAS SO NICE. WE BROUGHT IN HER GIFTS AND OUR OWN CAKE AND THEY SUPPLIED THE PLATES AND FORKS. IT WAS SO NICE. WE ARE HAVING MY DAD'S 70TH BIRTHDAY THERE. FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND THERE IS SUCH A GOOD SELECTION. EVEN THE KIDS HAD FUN.

the line can't be that long down the street. The hostess barely spoke english, luckily my server spoke enough english to express how little she enjoyed working there. When my wife asked to speak to a manager, some guy in a dirty shirt with no manners tried to fix things with a $5 gift certificate, LIKE I 'M going to go back and use it. Never Again

Fantastic Fun Food. The food there is a great. I love how there is a wide array of prices for different moods, or for your fluctuating bank account. Also, the staff is really nice and friendly. Trust me, I have been there with groups of 20, they handle it really well.
