Terrible Billing issues. Very run down place to live. the back parking lot on mills ave backs up so bad a few vehicles ended up with salvage titles and this happens every time it rains not just once in a while. very unprofessional.the kids are bad and try to get in your car if you leave it unlocked. doorbells are never a good idea in the projects either. what a terrible place to live!!!

Nice apartments and townhomes, Efficient maintenance crew. Poor customer service regarding billing.. Willow Arms is a nice place to live, yet it is hard to resolve billing problems. I have been contacting them since June regarding erroneous fees and the leasing office has not addressed the fees. Instead they keep adding late fees to the erroneous fees.

After living here for over ten years, you would think that they would try to resolve my issue.
