Never never never. Went there for Thanksgiving buffet and it smelled awful. The service was horrible. Our waitress spent more time running her mouth with patrons then serving food. The ham and beef were okay but the turkey was bad. They said they had three desert choices. We all ordered the cheesecake then the waitress came back to tell us they didn't have cheesecake which left two choices. We all ordered the pumpkin pie. Huge mistake. It was like baby crap none of us could eat it. Each piece had a dab of whip cream the size of a milk dud on it. My wife called to complain about how bad it was so they sent us a gift certificate for $25. My wife and I just went tonight and again the service was terrible. I ordered the Veal Parmigiana and it was nasty. The breading was saturated in oil. Never ever ever again.…

Restaurant*com coupons. Carrie Cerrino's - North Royalton, Ohio We will never go back to this restaurant again!!!! We went there for dinner and to hear the band (as we have on an average of 6 times a year) for years. We had with us the promotion discount coupon from Restaurant*com. Our coupon was for 25 dollars on a minimum purchase of $50.00. Our Bill $70.00 ($84.00 with tip)



They have a clause in the Restaurant*com coupon that will not allow more that one couple at a table to use the coupon.



Of course it's in the small print.....



How does it make sense?

If a restaurant will allow you to use the coupon with two people and take up a table of four, but not if you fill up the table with people (in our case 6 people)???



Who's marketing genius is this?????



Why would you do a promotion and create a negative experience by telling the customer they can't use the coupon??



Especially if they were helping you by not taking up a single table to do it?????



The owners son, argued with us for 15 minutes in a loud exchange of voices. Then when embarrassed that someone would point out how ridiculous this technicality was, he, "like a little kid", yelled oh, forget the bill.



We never wanted a free meal....all we wanted was what was offered!!! $25.00 off on a bill over $50.00



We paid the entire bill!!



Never, never, never, will we encourage the people we brought (or anyone else) to go to Carrie Cerrino's again!

Someone needs to teach this guy (that obviously has no marketing training and inherited the business from mommy & daddy) the definition of marketing!!!!!



We love the Restaurant*com coupons and will use them in other restaurants. Where, by the way, we have NEVER had a problem with redeeming them (even with this ridiculous "bate and witch" maneuver)!!



I'm sure these dishonest people will continue this practice of "YOU DIDN'T READ THE FINE PRINT"!!!
